Hi There	Can't Post

Just wanted to say hi. I came hear from TBN. Fellow Appaloosa lover and enjoy reading the appaloosa history.
I am a small breeder of foundation appaloosas, actually just starting out creating a what I hope will be a fine herd.
I am located in Northern lower Michigan on the westside near Lake Michigan where the trails are plentiful. I enjoy camping with the horses and go on long trail rides. I am usually busy on the trail rides ponying a youngster getting them exposed at a young age. It can be tiresom but its fun and so good for them.
Anyways, just wanted to say HI.

Hello, I am also from TBN, I have Quarter horse paints
this forum seems to be a little slow but Horses do take up
a lot of time

How do you spend your time with the horses? Training, competing, trail riding, raising foals?

Hello Appy & Timber8, My names roho & I've been around this site off & on for a while & have noticed how slow it is! Don't want to be negative & don't understand why it's so slow here......there was a message about horses on TBN & it got lots of feedback. let's see if we can generate a lots of traffic on this site. roho.....There is a new appaloosa at the stables where I keep my horses & he's a real stinker...A small horse(about 6 yrs old) that was proud cut & he's always in some kind of trouble.....

My horses are for pure pleasure, I trail ride and train them.
I try to get my ground work in every day

Hello again,
I've lost contac with anybody that uses their horses for somekind of work so everybody I know "Just uses theirs for pleasure", if they JUST DON''T LET THEM STAND IN PASTURE! We/I trail ride a little but mostly tend to them like pets.....I've trained a few horses & hate to see pretty good horses lost to people that don't know what their doing, which is going on @ my(stable where my horses stay) barn right now....but with price of horses down, people can't get rid of them as easy as they could in the past.....Oh after this message, let's move this to more approp. thread...I don't know which one yet but let's look..here's a pic of my young paint, "BluEyes" Hope it comes throu. roho
